Overview

rMVPA provides a comprehensive toolkit for multivariate pattern analysis of fMRI data in R. It implements searchlight and whole-brain MVPA approaches with flexible cross-validation and a wide range of classifier options. The package also supports representational similarity analysis (RSA) for examining the structure of neural representations.
